Shipping policy

Every item is handmade to order, so processing time varies by piece. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days — smaller items like earrings and coasters on the faster end, larger or made-to-order pieces like cutting boards on the longer end. If something will take longer, I'll reach out.

Where I ship: Currently the United States. Need international? Email me and I'll see what I can do.

How it ships: Smaller items go via USPS Ground Advantage; larger or heavier pieces (like cutting boards) ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and weight. Everything ships with tracking.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the item's size and weight, so you only pay what it actually costs to get your order to you.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Delays & lost packages: Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is out of my hands, but I'm always happy to help you track it down. For lost or undelivered orders, see my Return & Refund Policy.
