Refund policy

Every piece is handmade with care, so slight variations are part of the charm, not a defect.

Hygiene policy: For health and safety reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This is standard practice for handmade jewelry and helps me keep every piece sanitary for all customers.

Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, I'll absolutely make it right. Email me at eclecticserenitybystarr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your order didn't arrive, reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date and I'll help track it down.

Custom or personalized orders: Made-to-order and personalized pieces are final sale and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping: For defects or my error, I cover return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
